Nine candidates have filed to run for four seats on the Mount Pleasant Town Council. The election is Tuesday.

, and will seek re-election. , , , , and also will seek seats on the council.

Mount Pleasant elects its council at-large. The four highest vote-getters will win seats on the eight-person council.
