Charleston County School Board's failure to approve a contract to continue working on a design for the new tech center at Wando High has put the project on hold.
According to the Post and Courier, the board will take up the issue of the $49.7 career and technology center during a Nov. 14 meeting.
The vote to approve failed 4-4, according to the article.
