Update: Details in Sex Assault Case Against Marine
Kevin Guevara Alarcon held in the Charleston County jail on a $50,000 bond.
Kevin Guevara Alarcon remained at the Charleston County jail on Wednesday, facing a $50,000 bond on charges of second-degree criminal sexual misconduct with a minor.
Alarcon, 19, of Havelock, N.C., was arrested on allegations of an incident early Monday morning at a community pool in the Park West neighborhood.
The complaint with the Mount Pleasant Police Department was first filed by another minor's parent, who had been told of the assault. Police eventually met the 14-year-old victim and her mother at a local hospital.

According to the initial police report, the victim and another minor snuck out of a home and went to the Park West community pool to meet "several male subjects." According to the second minor, the group was drinking and smoking. The victim was allegedly assaulted at the pool between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m.
The victim allegedly complied with the sexual advances out of fear of being phyiscally assaulted, according to court documents.
