Every New Years Eve, many of us make a resolution that we give up on before the end of the month. We pay for a one-year gym membership that we never use. Or we restrict our calorie intake and give up our new 'diet' before the end of the first week.
This year, I want to focus on being healthy and eating the right foods rather than focusing on restricting the wrong foods. I'm getting a group of women together in Mount Pleasant to work with me on this goal by meeting 2 - 4 times a month to work through a book on being healthier. It could be after work on a weeknight or a Saturday morning over coffee.
