Old Village Post House Celebrates 10 Years

Historic inn and restaurant offers discounts during weeklong celebration.

Old Village Post House, the historic six-room inn and restaurant at the center of Mount Pleasant's historic district, will celebrate at decade of operation next week with specials for its customers.

Join the Old Village Post House during the week of Monday, May 13 through Friday, May 17 for five days of birthday celebrations. Each night, the Old Village Post House will provide a special birthday present to guests. Birthday presents will include a three course for $30 menu, discounted bottle wines, birthday cake, raffles and birthday bonus Maverick Collection points. Each evening’s presents will be announced on Facebook and Twitter.

Executive Chef Frank Lee and Chef de Cuisine Forrest Parker will provide dinner specials from the past all week. A celebratory cocktail called “10” will also be available all week for guests to sip on. Raffles will be given out via Facebook and Twitter as well.

Opened in 2003, the Old Village Post House is a neighborhood tavern and Inn nestled in Mount Pleasant's historic Old Village, which makes its home among centuries old oaks and harbor-side homes.
