The famous polar bears of the Polar Plunge are making their official journey through the streets of Charleston to Sullivan's Island to declare it open season. Their journey begins aboard an old fire truck at 11 a.m. from the Citadel, will travel through the streets of downtown Charleston, over the river, through the woods of Mt. Pleasant, all the way to Dunleavy's Pub by 1 p.m.
