Charleston Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis

United in the fight against digestive disease and dedicated to helping transform the lives of those affected, Charlestonians and those from the surrounding area will take steps for Crohn’s and Colitis on at 4PM on September 16, 2012 at Hampton Park. The family-friendly program includes a festival and walk, where participants are encouraged to make noise and be heard—creating awareness in the community of these often little known diseases.
