Finalist from NBC's "The Biggest Loser" Season 11, Hannah Curlee will talk about her weight loss journey 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, at the Embassy Suites in North Charleston.
"I want to go out there and talk about exercise, and share some of my cool little diet secrets," Curlee said. "When I say that anybody can do this, I'm not just saying it. I'm no super-powered woman. I'm a regular girl who was miserable in her life. I wanted to lose weight, and I wanted my life back. I got both, and I want to help other people do the same."
Doors open at 6 p.m., and admission is several non-perishable food items to Lowcountry Food Bank. To reserve a seat, please call 843-797-FIND (3463).
In just 20 weeks, Curlee lost 120 pounds as she finished as a runner up to her sister Olivia.
Curlee now serves as the National Director of Health Engagement for Trident’s Health to You (H2U) program, which empowers adults to manage their health and live life to the fullest through member programs, health events, free screenings, benefits and discounts on health services and a magazine.
