Who’s making it: J.B. and Jeanne DeCamilla

How’s it made: Grown on a family farm in California, Olinda Olives and Olive Oil are sold by a South Carolina couple who reside in the Lowcountry. The olive oil is cold-pressed and unfiltered. It has low acidity and better taste, Olinda claims.

I bought the Olinda Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is insipid. It has no taste except an old taste. The only use for it is as a supplement for my dogs.
