JetBlue Adding Flights at Charleston International
Discount carrier will begin flying out of Charleston late this month.
Before JetBlue has its first departure from Charleston, the discount carrier says it's adding an additional weekly flight to keep up with demand.
The new flight will be to Boston starting on Saturdays in April, according to WCBD-TV.
JetBlue launches its first flight from Charleston International Airport to Boston's Logan Field starting Feb. 28. One-way flights sell for between $120 and $400 for the carrier's first week of service.

JetBlue's flights from Charleston will be operated with its 100-seat Embraer E190 fleet. The airline boasts the most leg room in the skies as well as a free first checked bag and 36 free TV channels.
The Charleston Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Charleston County Aviation Authority and Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce offered a combined $1-million incentive package to attract the airline, according to the Post and Courier.

The addition brings Charleston International Airport's total number of airlines to six. The airport is serviced by American, Delta, Southwest, United and U.S. Airways currently proivde service.
