Supporters of Democrat Elizabeth Colbert Busch are full of optimism today after a weekend appearance by the congressional candidate's famous comedian brother Stephen Colbert.

Colbert Busch is favored to win next month's Democratic primary and she'll face one of 16 Republicans vying for the congressional seat once held by U.S. Sen. Tim Scott, R-Charleston.
No Democrat has held the seat since the 1980s, but Colbert Busch's supporters say her resume, her ability to raise money and the disarray in the Republican field has them in an optimistic mood.

Yes, Ms Colbert Busch CAN win SC1, but I'd still haven't heard what she has to offer besides a famous brother, sanity (allegedly), an excellent private sector resume and story, and not being Mark Sanford.
