Chain Wing Restaurant Plans Mount Pleasant Location

East Coast Wings plans 23rd store in Mount Pleasant.

A North Carolina based restaurant that specializes in wings has signed a lease on a 3,900-square-foot storefront in the Sweetgrass Corners shopping center.

It will join other eateries in the Highway 17 North complex, including Jersey Mike's and Tsunami. The shopping center is anchored by Bi-Lo and is connected to Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

East Coast Wings operates 22 locations primarily in the Greensboro, N.C., area. The Mount Pleasant location will be the chain's first storefront in South Carolina.
